Beauty on a Budget: Part 3

BeautyKat Rainwater

It’s no secret that I’m a total product junkie. I love trying out new products! Cason got me hooked on InStyle magazines’ best beauty buys. I subscribe to Birchbox and if any of you are an avid Sephora shopper, you know all about trading in points for free samples! But as great a Sephora, Birchbox, and InStyle beauty products are, the prices are usually a total buzz kill. That’s why I’ve added to my list of favorite beauty products on a budget. Check out my first list here. These products not only work great but don’t break the bank!

1. L’Oreal Paris CC Cream tinted eye roller- This has been my favorite drugstore find so far! I was using Smashbox under cream concealer and this works just as well, if not better! It hides all sorts of dark circles and makes me look like I got a perfect nights sleep. (Even on days when I didn’t.)

2. Rimmel Stay Matte Powder- This powder has been the perfect addition to my purse. My t-zone tends to get oily throughout the day and this matte powder makes a huge difference. It’s very light and not heavy like other powders.

3. L’Oreal Elnett Satin Hairspray- This hairspray is my new best friend! It’s hard to find a hairspray that holds but doesn’t leave your hair feeling crunchy. L’Oreal has done the trick! It holds great and can easily be brushed out in seconds. If you are using an expensive salon brand- you don’t have to, this one works just as great!

Anyone tried any new products recently? If you’ve found something you love, be a pal and share!
