WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

Our turnaround time is 5 business days to reach your order, produce it, and place it in the mail. Once placed in the mail, your shipping time depends on your selection during checkout. If you need your order faster, we offer a rush fee of $25. With the rush fee, your order will be in the mail within 1-2 business days.

WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DO YOU USE?

We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS).  We offer First Class, Priority, Express, International First Class, International Priority, and International Express shipping.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM DESIGNS?

Yes! We would love to create something just for you. We charge a flat $50 design fee to produce a custom template that we do not have available in our shop.

DO YOU OFFER VOLUME DISCOUNTS?

Yes! We are happy to offer volume discounts on our stationery and printed invitations. Depending on the quantity you need, other products may qualify. We will handle these requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to see if your order qualifies for a volume discount.
